Red Gold Quartz Necklace

$9,800

A sliver of history. One of the rarest naturally occurring forms of gold, gold quartz is found in only a handful of locations across the world. Made rarer by its precious, captive raw native gold which is most often melted down into a sellable grain, this specimen has been left intact. Its matrix is a deep, dusty rose - pinks and browns mixed into a mysterious earthy color with a generous sprinkling of gold.

One of a kind. This stone is set into our signature Elevated Settings an architecture built to highlight the uniqueness of each stone. Made completely by hand, it is fixed on a bale and suspended by a Heavy Weight Needle Eye Chain.

Taking Care

Fine jewelry should be treated with care. It is best practice to remove jewelry when coming home, and to put it back on when leaving the house. This can lengthen the life of a piece dramatically, and can lessen the chances of damaging an item.
