Terroir Sapphire Charm - Pink
Rose petals. A milky pink, octagonal sapphire in a streamlined bezel setting. No mining is necessary to collect these magical stones from the Umba River Valley in Tanzania; they move to the earth's surface with seasonal rains and the natural erosion of native soil.
Sapphire is a symbol faithfulness and sincerity; it is the September birthstone.
Set in a streamlined setting with an open back, this unheated sapphire is set in a solid gold bezel setting and was made completely by hand in our San Francisco studio. Sold separately from a chain.

Taking Care
Fine jewelry should be treated with care. It is best practice to remove jewelry when coming home, and to put it back on when leaving the house. This can lengthen the life of a piece dramatically, and can lessen the chances of damaging an item.
Opal
To clean at home we recommend scrubbing them with a soft toothbrush and warm, soapy water.
Opals have a hardness of 6.
